Personalized 18x12 Paper Placemats for Weddings, Parties, and Branded Table Settings
Create custom paper placemats using your own artwork, logo, or design. Printed on 105 gsm stock in an 18 x 12 format, these disposable placemats suit weddings, parties, and events. No minimums with bulk pricing available for both small and large gatherings. Produced through a print-on-demand stationery process, each design prints in full color. The 18 by 12 placemat size fits standard table settings and leaves room for menus, illustrations, or photo layouts. This upload your own design paper placemat supports personalized placemats for events, wedding tableware, party decorations, and custom placemats tailored to your theme.
What Should I Know Before Uploading My Artwork: Upload artwork in common formats such as JPG or PNG and design your placemat exactly as intended. For best results, use high-resolution files to maintain sharp text and clear imagery. This flexible artwork upload supports photo layouts, illustrated designs, or menu-style printable placemats. Many customers combine elements like QR codes for digital menus, seating details, or coloring activities to create unique table settings that both inform guests and enhance the overall event experience.
When and Where Custom Paper Placemats Can Be Used: These printed paper placemats work across a wide range of occasions, including weddings and baby showers, as well as birthdays, holiday gatherings, and maker market displays. They also work well for booth tables, kids’ activities, welcome tables, or layered table décor where coordinated styling matters without long-term commitment.
What Makes These Paper Placemats Practical for Events: The lightweight 105 gsm stock lays flat on most table surfaces while still providing vibrant color and consistent print clarity. Disposable paper placemats simplify post-event cleanup and help reduce turnaround time between seating or courses. Flexible ordering also allows planners to adjust quantities as guest counts change. Paper-based construction also offers a recyclable, more eco-friendly alternative to plastic tableware.
Planning an Event or Celebration: Ideal for weddings, parties, and custom stationery needs, these custom placemats help bring together table décor, messaging, and guest experience in one piece. Upload your design once, reorder as needed, and maintain a cohesive look across multiple tables, event days, or future celebrations.
